Shipping

Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears.

UK delivery

Allow 5 to 7 days after processing. Orders below £60 use the £22 Express Delivery method. On orders of £60 or more, you can choose free standard delivery or keep Express Delivery for £22.

Other countries

Allow approximately 7 to 10 days after processing. The available service and final charge are shown at checkout for the destination entered.

Tracking and split deliveries

We email a tracking number after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons.

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email theteam@simplescreen.co.uk with your order number so the support team can investigate.
