About these terms

These terms apply when you use simplescreen.co.uk or place an order with Simple Screens, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our contact details and addresses appear in the footer.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is due when you place the order. If payment is declined, the order is not accepted or shipped.

Product images and measurements are provided to help you choose. Check your opening and choose a size large enough to cut down before ordering. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed.

Delivery

UK delivery normally takes 5 to 7 days after the usual 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery is free on orders of £60 or more; otherwise the standard charge is £22. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For standard goods ordered online, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then have another 14 days to return the goods. Personalised or made-to-measure goods are normally excluded from this change-of-mind right. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights. Product use

Follow the supplied measuring, cutting and installation instructions. You are responsible for confirming that the chosen product, size and installation method suit your opening. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it directly.
